Delete Your ScanCent Account

Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your ScanCent account and associated app data by emailing Kshipra AI support. Please send the request from the email address used for your ScanCent account when possible.

Email your request to:

What To Include

To help us verify and process your request, include:

  • The email address used for your ScanCent account
  • Your full name, if it is listed in your ScanCent profile
  • A clear statement that you want your ScanCent account deleted

What We Delete

Once your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with your ScanCent account, including:

  • Account profile information
  • Authentication records associated with your app account
  • Rewards, points, cashback, QR scan, and app activity records tied to your account
  • App preferences and related user data stored by ScanCent

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you if we need additional information to confirm account ownership or clarify the request.

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or regulatory reasons. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

In-App Deletion Option

If you still have the ScanCent app installed, you can also initiate account deletion from inside the app. This public page is provided so users can request deletion even after uninstalling the app.
